Maple Sugaring Workshop

Join us for a two hour maple sugaring intensive; learning the ins and outs of producing maple syrup in your own backyard. You will witness a tree tapping demonstration, roaring fire in the evaporator as it boils off fresh sap and full explanation of all you need to get started. Please be prepared to walk around the farm under winter conditions as we look at a 50 tree sugaring system before heading inside to talk about all things maple syrup. Before wrapping up the intensive you will enjoy a taste of beautiful amber syrup identifying rich notes of caramel and vanilla.
