With zero additives or chemicals, these Garlic Coins require only a few drops of water to rehydrate, and resemble freshly minced garlic.  Use these coins in soups, stews, noodles, marinades, sauces and anywhere else you’d need freshly minced garlic. Each Garlic Coin=1 small clove of garlic.
