This item is for ONE PINT OF Biquinho Peppers (Little Beak Peppers)

Don't let their adorable size fool you—Biquinho peppers are bursting with sweet, fruity flavor and just a gentle touch of heat. Native to Brazil, these distinctive teardrop-shaped peppers are named biquinho, meaning "little beak" in Portuguese. Their crisp texture and bright notes of citrus, cherry, and pepper make them a favorite among chefs and home cooks alike.

With only 500–1,000 Scoville Heat Units, Biquinho peppers are mild enough for most palates, offering just a pleasant warmth rather than intense heat. They are delicious eaten fresh, pickled, roasted, sautéed, or tossed into salads and grain bowls. Their beautiful shape also makes them a stunning garnish for charcuterie boards, pizzas, cocktails, and appetizers.

Harvested fresh from Maranatha Regenerative Farm using regenerative growing practices, these colorful little peppers are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, adding both flavor and beauty to your table.

Serving Tip: Try them lightly blistered in olive oil, quick-pickled, or scattered over pizza and pasta for a pop of color and sweet, tangy flavor.

Regeneratively grown in our Twig Square farm land.
